CLINICAL
Sperm granulomas can be either asymptomatic or sometimes painful. They are found in the many vasectomized men due to pressure-induced changes of vasectomy.
TREATMENT
Advil for pain. If severe, consider removing the nodule.
PROGNOSIS
Excellent.
