EPITHELIOID ANGIOSARCOMA
Epithelioid angiosarcoma is an aggressive malignancy which is important to recognize because it easily mimics multiple other epithelioid malignancies. Note that pankeratin staining is a feature in a significant minority of such cases and should not argue against the diagnosis.(Fletcher).
